  What are your fees?

As the saying goes “talk is cheap” – in this case, it is free.

Before we can possibly determine whether we can help you, we first need to get to know you. We’re certainly not in the business of charging for a chat or three.

If we don’t think we can help you – we will be honest about our assessment of the reasons why. We won’t charge for that either.

If, after getting to know your situation, it transpires that there is some unfinished business that we believe we can provide a positive outcome on – then we will consider the financial side of things.

We will mutually agree with you as to a desired set of outcomes and what the cost will be.

The best bit is this – if we do not do what we agreed to do – there is no fee!

We believe there are a lot service providers more interested in selling you their time – for which they get paid before you do – than they are in genuinely in providing a value-for-money based service. For that reason, if you engage us and we do not achieve what we have mutually agreed to in advance – the simple fact is you’re not paying for it.

We are only successful if our clients are.
